Policies
- 2 night minimum. Check with us for discounts on weekly or longer stays.
- A deposit of two night’s stay is required with your reservation.
- Full payment due upon arrival.
- A refundable security deposit is required for stays of longer than 30 days.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, or personal checks.
- Cancellations -
- If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, your deposit is refundable less a $35 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, do not show, or depart early, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless the Roost is rebooked.
- Check In time is 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check Out time is 11:00 am. Please contact us to make other time arrangements.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Smoking is not allowed in the Inn or on the grounds.
- No pets please. We can help with pet boarding arrangements.
