A deposit of two night’s stay is required with your reservation.
Full payment due upon arrival.
A refundable security deposit is required for stays of longer than 30 days.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, or personal checks.
Cancellations -
- If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, your deposit is refundable less a $35 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, do not show, or depart early, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless the Roost is rebooked.
Check In time is 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check Out time is 11:00 am. Please contact us to make other time arrangements.
Children over 12 are welcome.
Smoking is not allowed in the Inn or on the grounds.
No pets please. We can help with pet boarding arrangements.
